于素敏，副教授，硕士生导师，特聘副研究员，管理学博士，目前担任深圳大学管理学院副院长。2018年6月毕业于中南大学商学院管理科学与工程专业。研究方向：电子商务、信息管理、数据分析与应用、社会网络分析等。主持和参与多项国家级及省市级研究课题，在《Information Fusion》、《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》《Information Sciences》、《Knowledge-Based Systems》、《Applied Soft Computing》、《Computers & Industrial Engineering》、《Group Decision andNegotiation》、《系统管理学报》等国内外主流期刊和国内外会议上发表学术论文30余篇，共计4篇论文入选ESI全球高被引论文数据库，其中2篇论文曾入选热点论文。担任国内外10余期刊匿名审稿人。
